When it comes to actually going to a workout, milliseconds matter. MOMENTUM connects with your calendar to automatically schedule a workout for you as a default. This way, the user will need to take to effort to say no, I don’t want to work out. It also connects to My Fitness Pal in order to update calorie burn information. All things are designed to make sure the user has to do as little as possible in order to let them focus on their workout.
